This Panda Express had been perfectly fine until the past few months. Food was great, and there were always 2-3 people behind the counter to handle customers. In recent months, the food is still great, but they now usually have only one person behind the counter, scrambling as fast as they can to handle the customers. The employee helping me today, Leonardo, was rude and dismissive during my visit. I was ordering my food and before I was done he pushed my food aside and started on another order I asked him if I can add another side and he told me he had “asked me 3 times,” even though he never actually verbally asked me anything. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I love the new make over and the new Balduk chicken. Lizette was a sweet heart very attentive and is a multi tasking ninja.

Panda Express is a reliable eatery with great service, quick and convenient. The orange chicken is always fresh, and the fried rice is delicious, although it can be chunky at times. However, food quality and portion sizes can vary depending on the location and staff, with some outlets serving less fresh food and smaller portions.
