The employee helping me today, Leonardo, was rude and dismissive during my visit. I was ordering my food and before I was done he pushed my food aside and started on another order I asked him if I can add another side and he told me he had “asked me 3 times,” even though he never actually verbally asked me anything. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I love the new make over and the new Balduk chicken. Lizette was a sweet heart very attentive and is a multi tasking ninja.
Very kind workers but I had to come up six times to fix an $80 order. Was hard to relax with my family.
