Having visited the Nespresso store at Scottsdale Fashion Square many times to sample their delicious coffee and admire their impressive coffee machines, I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase a Vertuo Up.
Lucky for me, Mary was my salesperson that day. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the machines and explained everything so clearly. I had done a great deal of research beforehand, but Mary's expertise and hands-on guidance surpassed everything I had learned....read full review
Customer service here is fantastic. I was having an issue with my machine and was immediately helped, and taken care of at no cost. I now have a working machine and coffee to boot! Sarah is wonderful and is the reason I’ll be buying ALL my coffee from Nespresso for life!
We had a wonderful time exploring this shop after recently purchasing our first Nespresso machine. Our sales associate Lisa was an absolute joy to speak with and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We will definitely be back!!
