The staff is very friendly, cooperative, and helpful, and they go above and beyond for the community. They made a generous donation of iced tea and coffee for Teacher Appreciation Week, showing they care deeply about supporting local educators. The line moves quickly, and the drinks are excellent, made with care. The food is great, and the matcha is a favorite. An Iced matcha latte with 2 pumps vanilla, 2 pumps brown sugar, light ice, and no classic is a good order. A Pumpkin Spice Latte was on point. However, some customers have been rude to the baristas, who handle them well even when busy. Prices are a lot higher in AZ than in Ohio.
