The great thing from my perspective is that it opens super early at 430am, before the heat comes : )
Anyway, the staff is polite and friendly.
It is not a big store and indoor seats can fill up quick.
Lots of parking outside though.

Cashier wasn’t super friendly, I asked her if she got the modifiers and she said yes, then get the drink and it’s missing cold foam. I ordered salted caramel and the friendly guy at the end of the line added vanilla. Extra disappointed because I kindly asked if she got it and slowly said my drink

Shout out to the team for consistent service and friendly staff. Customer order often and call with additional details because notes cannot be put through the app. The team knows exactly what the customer wants, normally makes changes without asking. When an order was made incorrectly through the mobile app, the team called immediately, apologized and offered a remake. The drink arrived perfect, apologetic and kind, showing a level of service and attention to detail that keep the customer coming back. The location in Scottsdale is great, with super friendly staff, great personalities and consistent coffee. Countertops and tabletops need a bit more upkeep and wiping down more frequently, but outdoor seating options enjoy. The coffee place is a favorite, with friendly customer service above and beyond, made a smile.
