I placed an order online today for a black tea with sugar and milk. I picked it up at 3:00PM. When I asked the girl if she put the sugar in the tea she walked away and in the rudest voice said, “it’s made just like you ordered it online”. Actually, it wasn’t. Kudos to her overworked co-worker who remade the order. Nice way to treat a local merchant in the shopping center that goes to your store 3 days a week every week.

Customer order often and call with additional details because notes cannot be put through the app. The team knows exactly what the customer wants, normally makes changes without asking. When an order was made incorrectly through the mobile app, the team called immediately, apologized and offered a remake. The drink arrived perfect, apologetic and kind, showing a level of service and attention to detail that keep the customer coming back. The location in Scottsdale is great, with super friendly staff, great personalities and consistent coffee. Countertops and tabletops need a bit more upkeep and wiping down more frequently, but outdoor seating options enjoy. The coffee place is a favorite, with friendly customer service above and beyond, made a smile.
