Every single time I come for mornings and get my breakfast there’s always this polite girl working there. Her name is Violet. She’s loving and caring and she’s very helpful and she got very good customer service. I will definitely come back To this Jack-in-the-Box every morning and get my breakfast
Recognition needed for Violet Gomez. My vast supervisory experience spanning 11 years in various customer service settings allows me see and appreciate good customer interactions when recieved. That being said your employee Violet Gomez deserves an elite platinum level of recognition the best Jack can do!! Jack In The Box is a restaurant known for its friendly staff. Although the environment may not be the most impressive, the atmosphere is still welcoming. The food is good, especially for fast food, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is a great option for a convenient meal, with a milkshake being a particularly satisfying treat.
The reviews mention that the service can be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing issues with their orders. However, one reviewer notes that the 24th St & Roosevelt location has improved significantly in recent months, providing a better overall experience. Another reviewer cautions about the presence of a homeless person outside the store, which can be a turnoff for some customers.
Despite these minor issues, Jack In The Box remains a popular choice for a fairly decent fast food experience.
