“Some places you visit once and forget. Tacos Rodriguez is not one of those places. I first came here with one of my best friends and we went all in — Carne Asada fries, Carne Asada tacos, the works. Everything was incredible. So when I found myself housesitting in the area, coming back was a no-brainer.

This time I kept it simple: a large Horchata and the Carne Asada burrito. Perfect decision. The burrito was packed, flavorful, and exactly what I remembered — the kind of food that earns a food truck a permanent spot in your rotation. And that Horchata? Honestly one of the better ones I’ve had.

The portions are generous, the price is right, the vibe is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly every single time. This place has consistency locked down, which is hard to find anywhere let alone at a food truck.

“City Tacos is on Bell road. Amazing atmosphere and a very large place. I try all the taco places and search for the best Pastor. One thing that all tacos places need is a salsa bar. There's is excellent! There pastor and carne are both excellent as well. They have margaritas and beer as well because let's face it tacos need that as well. The service is great and they keep the place looking excellent with all the hand painted chairs and decor. All in all this is a good taco place. Great food portions will leave you full and happy. I highly recommend this place next time your craving for tacos takes over you will not be disappointed at all. I have been there a couple times which is why I am reviewing it now. Meat was not gamey, decent amount of food. These were street taco size. After telling the waiter that the tacos were good he suggested we return on TACO TUESDAY 🌮😁

Every now and then, I get a serious craving for authentic Mexican food with rice and refried beans, and Tacos Saguaro on 32nd St. completely hit the spot.
The Tacos: These were easily some of the best tacos I've had. They use the smaller corn tortillas, doubled them up perfectly, and the chicken filling was absolutely delicious and flavorful.
Portion & Price: The prices here are very reasonable. The portions are so generous that it was easily enough for two full meals, which is perfect if you like to split your portions. The rice and beans did not disappoint at all.
The Atmosphere: I stopped in around dinner time. While the dining room itself wasn't overly busy, they clearly have a highly popular to-go business with orders flying out the door.

“I don't think the 2 most recent reviews are truthful. I eat here once a week. This is an amazing taco shop. They way they make your food to order is awesome. Like chipotle but actually good. You order they turn around and make your burrito/tacos and then move down the line of toppings/salsa.Every vege and sauce is soo flavorful.They even have pickled onions!I could have just reported them but that doesn't show how wrong they are. Below are WHY they are inaccurate, or just lies.The most recent, said they used a microwave. Which no, they do not, you order, they turn around and grill.The 2nd one is just inaccurate; the way they described ordering isn't correct with how this restaurant does it. You order what you want any they turn around and make it before moving down the line for toppings. So you don't even sit down before getting your food.“
