Have to get a few extra salsas for a few cents more but it is worth it! I'm salivating just typing this review up. Must try! You won't be disappointed! You'll wonder why you didn't come here sooner.“
“This was our first time visiting here per Reddit reviews and let me tell you this is definitely a great place to bring someone for a date! The ambience gave a speak easy date night. Michael was VERY attentive and personable. The food was hot, presentable and good however the steak was a little tough to eat. Oh yea heads up, if your a Jack drinker they charge you for the coke instead of putting it has a Jack and coke like most places.“
“I only recommend because of the lack of other option. My wife was ok with her Relleno plate except the portion of beans was very small especially since they were out of rice. I my self did not enjoy any of my food I had ordered the carne adovada tacos which looked great but lacked in flavor and were to soggy. Again the portion of beans wasn’t enough for even a child’s plate. They substituted me for a ralleno which I got but it was soggy and did not seem to be fried or at least it wasn’t fried to order. We are both born and raised New Mexicans and NMC critic. The server was nice and the owner (chef)seemed in hurry even though we were the only people there. I will go again and try something else. I so bad wanted them to be good.“
“I don't think the 2 most recent reviews are truthful. I eat here once a week. This is an amazing taco shop. They way they make your food to order is awesome. Like chipotle but actually good. You order they turn around and make your burrito/tacos and then move down the line of toppings/salsa.Every vege and sauce is soo flavorful.They even have pickled onions!I could have just reported them but that doesn't show how wrong they are. Below are WHY they are inaccurate, or just lies.The most recent, said they used a microwave. Which no, they do not, you order, they turn around and grill.The 2nd one is just inaccurate; the way they described ordering isn't correct with how this restaurant does it. You order what you want any they turn around and make it before moving down the line for toppings. So you don't even sit down before getting your food.“
“Always a fantastic restaurant! From their New Mexico restaurants, to this one in Scottsdale, I highly recommend anyone visit El Patron! The complimentary chips and salsa are to die for. Chips are salted perfectly, which usually makes or break something complimentary. I highly recommend their enchiladas. Especially the blue corn ones. Service was spectacular and we received an amazing welcome from the host.“
“Easily the best take out breakfast burrito in town. On top of being cheap, it's super delicious. The New Mexican flavor is all there in this handheld burrito goodness. The quality of the red chili sauce is the best in this side of I 40 . So good . I completely recommend it“
“VIBES: 4/5 FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 3/5 VALUE: 3/5 As far as chains go, this is a great spot! There's charm + character to the joint, well-branded with a fun + trendy aesthetic. We love that they offer free chips + salsa. The service was pretty slow--it took a while for a waiter to first check in on us--but things picked up to a decent place after that. I was impressed with the cocktails and, after trying my friends', decided to order one myself. We all got various margaritas--they're pretty fresh + well-balanced. I loved my BBQ tacos--I was craving bbq so they hit the spot. They were sweet with a good amount of meat and I'd definitely recommend the handmade corn tortillas. My friend got the carne bowl, and I thought the carne was pretty chewy--I was glad I hadn't gotten that. All in all, a roundup to 4 stars. Free chips and salsa, good vibes, and tasty food.“

“Back to Rokerij for the best mellow atmosphere in AZ. Make reservations for a table if your group is 3 or more.. but the bar seating is comfortable and cozy. Drinks, service and food is fantastic! We had the whole cellar to ourselves with an early dinner reservation at 3:30pm.. valet parking available but we got there early and were able to park on our own front and center.“

“It took over 15 years for my family to find a good carnitas place like what we'd get in California and we're glad we found our spot! I randomly heard about this place and decided to finally try it. the carnitas mix is great the buche and cueritos are soooo flavorful and the carnitas are great. The workers were very nice and playful which made the service great. We did a to go order on a Saturday morning and it was quiet and quick. If you're fan of spicy food get the chopped habanero !“
“Our company frequently has lunch at this location with staff and vendors. The food is spot on and the green chili sauce on anything is the bomb! Service at lunch is always quick, friendly and attentive. The ambiance is a bit strange from the street but trust me, park and walk in. Authentic Mexican decor and fun place to eat. Enjoy!“
“There was a wait to be seated so I sat at the bar. The servers quickly took my order and made sure my water glass was full. I had the traditional carnitas tacos on their house made corn shell. It was flavorful and juicy. The chips and salsa were also top notch. Delicious!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant so I appreciated the option to choose a corn taco shell.“
