“A hole in the wall, kind of smelly, but the food is fresh, well cooked and very tasty. It was solid hangover cure food, even though I didn’t have a hangover, ha ha. The counter girl was so pleasant and efficient, I felt like she needs to be given some special opportunity in life; I wish her well. Looks like a popular place with locals.“

“Some places you visit once and forget. Tacos Rodriguez is not one of those places. I first came here with one of my best friends and we went all in — Carne Asada fries, Carne Asada tacos, the works. Everything was incredible. So when I found myself housesitting in the area, coming back was a no-brainer.
This time I kept it simple: a large Horchata and the Carne Asada burrito. Perfect decision. The burrito was packed, flavorful, and exactly what I remembered — the kind of food that earns a food truck a permanent spot in your rotation. And that Horchata? Honestly one of the better ones I’ve had.
The portions are generous, the price is right, the vibe is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly every single time. This place has consistency locked down, which is hard to find anywhere let alone at a food truck.
Tacos Rodriguez is the real deal. If you haven’t been, fix that.“

“Justine was AMAZING!! She educated our entire group on the history of the building AND helped us navigate how amazing the menu was. We took all of her recommendations and basically ordered half the menu. Every. Single. Item. Deserves 10 stars. So much protein and every flavor was complex and had depth. Obsessed and can't wait to come back. The chipotle cherry steak taco took us all by surprise. Might move to Arizona just for Taco Guild!“

“I’ve been vegan for almost 12 years. Slowly there have been restaurants that are plant based, but I’ve never found good vegan Mexican food, until now. A colleague and I ordered here and we’re absolutely amazed at how delicious and fresh it was!!! She’s carnivore and loved it. I’ve found a new favorite spot for sure!“

“Me and my daughter went in today to get a Cali burrito. The lady said I usually behind the counter were not there today. It was a few gentlemen. Our burrito smelled delicious but once we bit into it, it just did not taste the same then my daughter felt something chewy. I know raw meat when I see it and when I bite into it and this was raw. The guys behind the counter tried to convince us that it was a ligament. They refused to try and fix it, either by another burrito or a refund.“

We ordered carne asada, even my young son liked it, and al pastor tacos. The al pastor could had been marinated a little longer, but over all, the quality of meat was good. Meat was not gamey, decent amount of food. These were street taco size. After telling the waiter that the tacos were good he suggested we return on TACO TUESDAY 🌮😁
My little boy said we found a new taco spot so the 35 min drive there was worth it!“

“I had an amazing experience at Salsitas Tacos. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every bite had the perfect balance of seasoning, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients.
What made the visit even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was fast, and they made sure everything was just right from start to finish.

“We got chips and salsa, Carne Asada, Pastor. Everything was excellent. The spicy salsa was a little spicy. The girl behind the counter anticipated this and gave us another non spicy salsa just in case. She was polite, friendly, attentive- excellent customer service. We kept getting more food because everything was so tasty. We will absolutely come back!“

“We stopped by for a casual Friday date night. We had driven by several times before and always noticed the restaurant had a lot of people eating there… we now know why!! We were greeted by a very friendly and energetic staff member name Allan who walked us through the entire menu. We both decided to go with the taco tote combo and split some of the nacho fries. This big order, plus the unlimited chips and salsa left us very, very full. Great food. Restaurant was very clean and staff was attentive. Will be back very soon!“

“This is hands down the best taco place probably in the world. Memo has a gift, God gave him the best chef hands in the world, and he is using them properly. You won't find any better carne asada tacos anywhere in the world and I just had their menudo for the first time today which is only available on special occasions That was the best menudo I have ever eaten in my life.“
