The birria burrito was to die for! It was my first time visiting and Frankie took time to explain the different style(Northen Mexican/Chihuahuan) and options they had to offer. He was so patient, kind and passionate about their food and drink. I had never heard of or tried sotol before he gave me a tiny sample and then I ordered the sotol margarita!! Also delicious!!
