“It was our first time here, and we had a great experience. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The tacos were flavorful, and the horchata was delicious. We also ordered chips and salsa, and the chips tasted freshly made. I’m personally not a big fan of melted cheese on tacos, but they were still really good. We tried the birria and beef tacos, and both were tasty. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Love this truck. My 11 year old put me onto them when they were at an Easter event in El Mirage. My giant carne asasda burrito was on point. My son gets the carne asada tacos with pineapple and avocado puree. My wife and daughter dig the shrimp tacos. Really good and the price is right since food truck food is almost always a minimum of $10 a person. Keep it up.“

“I stopped by this birria food truck and ordered three birria tacos — and wow, they did not disappoint! The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you can tell they take pride in their food. Jazmin was super friendly and welcoming, and her husband can seriously cook! You can taste the love in every bite. “The Birria Pizza is so full of flavor, if I was on death row I'd choose this as my last meal. The meat is always tender and delicious regardless of what I order. Everything here is delicious. There's seating available for those that want to dine in and a restroom at the back of the dining area that's always clean. Nothing fancy here, just a little hole in the wall delighting local taste buds so if you haven't been here you're definitely missing out. My first visit ...my girl and I found it on a whim headed across town .. I am fully surprised.
We had birria tacos and an horchata and they were great
Tacos had plenty of innards .. good melty cheese and good quantities of meat. The toppings bar added the perfect flexibility with several sauces and some veg.
The corn tortillas were crispy and tasted amazing....and the dipping consume.. omg so good
I have two complaints .. first.. I wish there were more of this place all over town ..and second . They give you a ton of consume.. which is good . But it's delicious...savor it .. I almost drank it!

“4/18/26 approximately 3 PM. I drove by and I saw the Menudo and posole Banner posted it outside the building. I just decided to make a U-turn and try for myself. I will say the presentation the service the environment was outstanding! Five stars for sure. The tortillas in my opinion needed it to be warmed up a little more because they cracked as I was folding or attempting to roll it up like I normally do. They have a salsa bar where you’re able to sprinkle additional seasoning spices onto your Menudo. I was very pleased with the beef tripe and Harmony. However it lacked flavor! The colors are amazing but it needed a lot of flavor. It was very bland. I was not expecting unflavored Menudo since it looked amazing..“

The food was super hot and looked even better than the menu pictures.Staff was friendly and gave us lots of green sauce, red sauce and napkins.I ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and my mom ordered the carnitas bowel. “I love Taco Tuesday here. Ordered 4 tacos with 3 different beef (asada, ground, and shredded). Amazing for only $2.25 each. All had lots of beef on em and the hard taco was fried there and hot. I really enjoy getting my own carrots and salsa. To top it off, the salsa verde (green) was fabulous and they even gave chips with the taco and the chunky red salsa was great.

“Stumbled across this gem today. Holy cow it was amazing. It's a little pricey but you are getting quality seafood. The marlin taco was great but their device tostadas are so good. Either the fish or shrimp you won't be upset. The Michelada was an amazing compliment to yhe food as well. Definitely coming back to try more, especially the shrimp cocktail and birria taco. Greeting at the door was a bit of a surprise, the Staff is dressed (or undressed) to impress. Our Server, Meghan, was ready to bring us all the necessary tacos, cervesa and tequila.
