Our host Parker (and the entire Platform 18 staff) were outstanding! This experience was worth every penny including the flight from Texas.
Platform 18 is a very fun experience! Wait staff was very professional and fun. We particularly appreciated our waiter, Parker, who was both attentive and personable. The 1920's train decor is very unique, and the moving screens provided a nice atmosphere. My husband said that his drink was one of the best he has had, and I appreciated the non-alcoholic options. We really enjoyed are visit, and are also are adding this to our list of unique places we want to bring out-of-town...read full review
This place is awesome! I went there for my birthday last night and it was so much fun. Blaze, Bryan, Raquel, and Nick were amazing at slinging drinks all night for my group of friends. Everyone loved it. I’ll definitely come back! Thank you for the birthday ice cream! 🍧

The staff is friendly, and the drinks and snacks are great. A reservation is definitely needed, and the server, Lily, was amazing, making excellent suggestions. The place is a little pricey, but the experience is worth it. The screens really make guests feel like they are in a moving train car, and the ambiance and visuals are nice. The conductor, Marty, was also very friendly and welcoming, adding to the enjoyment of the night.
