We went on a Saturday evening and the experience was amazing. My wife loved the ceviche! Caitlynn took great care of us in the South of the Border bar. The manager Shay I believe stopped by to check on us.
Had some chips and salsa along with some south of the border inspired cocktails. As always some real genius combinations. Come for an impromptu cocktail or grab one while waiting for El Train or the Undertow. Blake is a stand up guy as in standing up behind the bar, but seriously he is a great mixologist.

Grey Hen Rx, now known as M.E. Lee's, is located inside Century Grand in Phoenix, which houses three different bars. The space is Asian-themed, stylish, and slightly provocative in tone, feeling intentional and polished. The atmosphere is amazing, and the backbar is impressive. Seating includes bar seats, a few tables, and even faux outdoor table seating. The newspaper-style menu is creative and distinctive, with a decent drink selection. Flavor execution is really strong—well balanced and thoughtful. Garnish and presentation stand out, with creative details that clearly match each drink’s concept. Recommendations include the Special Walnut Shrimp, Mango Sticky Rice, and the Wonton Soup, which is one of the most favorite cocktails ever tried. Service is friendly and attentive, with water served on arrival. The staff is wonderful and well versed in the cocktail menu, able to make great recommendations. Walk-in only. Prices are slightly above average for Phoenix. The cocktails are incredibly creative, and the plays on everything savory are absolutely wild. It is a trip, and a great place to check out if visiting Century Grand.
