A gem in Ahwatukee. Solid happy hour.
The shrimp tempura roll and yellowtail roll were delicious. The tempura was crunchy and had lots of flavor. The miso soup was very good too but a bit too salty. I would highly recommend this place.
The staff is so friendly and the food is so fresh and quick we eat here once or twice a week on the regular. Favorite sushi place in the area!

Although service can sometimes be a little slower, it is understood that this is a family-owned and operated place, which allows for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Many customers express their love for the hot kitchen entrees, especially chicken katsu and calamari, which are considered to be to die for. The staff may not always speak perfect English, but they are very attentive. Overall, visitors never leave disappointed and look forward to returning, with some even making special efforts to share their appreciation for this small, "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant. While one customer is sad to leave the area, most are eager to come back when visiting Arizona again.
