I eat at LC a few times a year since 2013 ish and this is the first location ever that has ever given me old food on an app order. I understand the risk if you walk in for a hot n ready.
Placed a multiple item order that should have taken 15 mins minimum. Order was ready in less than 3 minutes. I called and a remake was offered, so atleast that. The remade pizza was good in terms of cheese, topping distribution, but still somewhat underrated and chewy.

I walked in and the young lady working at the oven had headphones in, glanced my direction and continued working with no greeting or urgency to get the cashier. After 6 minutes of me standing in silence, confused on who I should be waiting on she grabs the cashier from the back and then I’m told it will be 15 additional minutes for the hot n ready. Considering I came before 11 the wait for the pizzas is not the issue, my low rating is due to the lack of customer service....read full review
