What a gem of a spot! We stopped in here for a quick bite and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and attentive, checked on us multiple times and kept our drinks refilled without a single ask. Food was FANTASTIC. We ordered the gyoza, salt and pepper shrimp (our favorite dish we ordered), spicy yellowtail, the evil roll and the Hawaiian roll. The food quality was good but the dining room needs updating. Unfortunately, there were tiny ants crawling on our table so we moved to the sushi bar and witnessed the chef making sushi cough a few times right over the food he was preparing without covering his mouth.
The shrimp tempura roll and yellowtail roll were delicious. The tempura was crunchy and had lots of flavor. The miso soup was very good too but a bit too salty. I would highly recommend this place.
