Sushi Brokers Arcadia is a wonderful spot for amazing sushi and a cold zapporo. The surf and turf is highly recommended, as well as asking for pickled Wasabi on the side. The edamame and sushi rolls are really good, and the broccoli is a hit with everyone. The sake is top-notch and the sushi rolls are fresh, making it a great place for date night. The interior is clean and organized, with friendly and attentive servers who check in regularly. Easy parking and decent prices add to the appeal. The food menu includes sushi, sashimi, salads, and even burgers, providing variety for different tastes. The food is consistently delicious and very fresh. Most dishes, including the sushi and sashimi, are prepared professionally, and the plates are cleared quickly after finishing. A small downside was the slightly warm calamari. Overall, it’s a great place with a fantastic environment, great people, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
