Level Up Gaming is a gaming destination that offers a unique experience, open 24/7 for those looking to unwind and escape daily life. Staff members are friendly and helpful, showcasing excellent service. The restaurant features fast PCs and monitors, along with superb mouse and keyboard setups, boasting better PC specs than most gaming cafes. While there is a good selection of gaming equipment, some guests may find the limited number of console systems a drawback. The owner is nice and professional, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere.
With a focus on growth, the business is actively addressing areas for improvement, such as fixing mic issues and reintroducing the use of controllers. The daily pass is priced at $33, but there have been instances where individuals paid $20 repeatedly instead of being offered a day pass outright. Overall, Level Up Gaming is a great spot for gaming enthusiasts, providing a clean and convenient environment, and the attentive staff ensures a consistent experience for all visitors.
