I ran an event here during the weekend and it went well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered a workable price for the weekend as well as we reserved the place 12 hours on Saturday and 8 on Sunday.
So much good, a little that is not "bad," more like "needs improvement" because it's a great growing business in my opinion. I come here very often!Things I'm hoping for in the future:1. Fix mic issues(teammates often complain about buzz)2. Returning to allowing the use of controllersI wish for nothing but success for this company as a whole. They're going places!

When to Level Up gaming for a birthday. The employee who was working at the time was great. Had several issues with key boards not working mouse not working and headsets cutting in and out. Besides those things were great. The employee switched out all the faulty gear right away so it didn’t cut into the gaming time. I some of the party thought there would be more console systems, there’s only 3. But that’s on us for not calling and asking ahead of time.
