Owner and his assistant went out of their way to meet my needs, I wasn't able to play an esports tournament from home and they met my needs perfectly, thanks to them I was able to have a great result on a top of the line PC and a solid setup, I was able to use my own peripherals and set things just how I like them, thank you again!!!
My son enjoys it here, it's usually quiet and he can play as long as he wants. They have snacks and drinks you can buy from your computer using your phone. I also like that to.get into the building you have to register and use an app to unlock the door.
I came in here to try and upload a leave file to a server when my home connection couldn’t. Dude was super helpful in assisting me as I tried to upload the file. It wouldn’t work because of the upload server was throttled it would have taken way too long. Level Up did everything they could to help and I truly appreciate their hospitality and assistance. They have a pretty cool place.
