When to Level Up gaming for a birthday. The employee who was working at the time was great. Had several issues with key boards not working mouse not working and headsets cutting in and out. Besides those things were great. The employee switched out all the faulty gear right away so it didn’t cut into the gaming time. I some of the party thought there would be more console systems, there’s only 3. But that’s on us for not calling and asking ahead of time.

-Front door required me to install an app and send pictures of my driver's license before I was even let in.-A lot of the in-house game accounts didn't work or needed large updates that took time.-No staff to assist at the desk.-The price is outrageously high, $8 per hour.Highly disappointed. Will not return.

I ran an event here during the weekend and it went well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered a workable price for the weekend as well as we reserved the place 12 hours on Saturday and 8 on Sunday.

I never do reviews but honestly I’ve been to a lot of gaming cafes in AZ. This one is by far, my favorite. My kids always want to go here and be “gamers” for the weekend lol. It’s clean, good vibes and you can just sit down and pay straight from the computer. So everything is simple and super easy going. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?

I love this place! The atmosphere is such a vibe and the computers are the best I’ve played on. Definitely a high end gaming lounge to spend your evenings or days. They always stay updated and I’ve never had a problem. The employees are friendly and quick with help. This is my favorite spot for kicking back and enjoying my days off.

I come here almost every weekend. This is the best gaming center in AZ they have the fastest PCs with the best graphics and such nice ultra modern store to come game at. I love all the lights and atmosphere!The owner Salem is really nice and helpful and he even hooked me up some free time! Service was exceptional and I highly recommend you come check this place out!

Love this place. And it's been a good escape from everyday life to game but the place is ran kind of lazily at times. For one is 33$ for a day pass, but you'll let someone pay 20$ over and over and over instead of just giving them a day pass. The staff change throughout the day and I'll pay for 3 hours and yet they come and ask me to pay for time almost on the hour. And kinda pricey for 8$ to play on a TV. I enjoy it but they need to tighten up on keeping track of everyones's time.
