Oh my gosh, the line. Every time we went by the line for Leopolds was out the door. They are nice enough to have someone hand out ice cold water and menus so you can decide what you want to order when you get inside..
Been a while since I dropped by a DQ. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was attended (it being a mall location and all). Cashier went above and beyond, I forgot to order sprinkles and asked if I could pay for them in a new transaction, she said don't worry about and added them to my cone. Exceptional and efficient customer service
