Got a side of lo mein. Had maybe three pieces of cabbage in it and no other veggies
So I asked the price of a rice bowl with veg. Server said bowl on menu was $10.96. At register, I was charged extra for fried rice and had an additional upcharge for choosing rice in my rice bowl. Seems a rice bowl doesn't really include rice unless you pay extra. Nearly $14 later, I had a bowl of small teriyaki chicken pieces over, maybe, 1/3 cup of rice. The chicken wasn't like the plump, tender, and juicy piece I taste tested.either. I won't be back.
I'm sorry, but I have no clue what the bad reviews are talking about. I've eaten here three times and talked to 6 different staff members in total. All staff were nice and food has been great. I think sometimes it can be hard for people to hear over the food court so they need a repeat here and there. Overall they're people and just trying to do their job.
