Visited on a Monday afternoon for a quick treat for my mom and kiddos. My mom ordered a small chocolate dipped cone. My kiddos ordered a strawberry watermelon smoothie and a blue raspberry arctic freeze. The customer service person who "assisted us" didn't say a single word to us. He was not helpful or friendly at all, nor did he even acknowledge us being in the room. While we were ordering I had my phone out to scan for points but he just ignored me. I figured he would give us the receipt so I could scan and get my reward points at the end but he threw the receipt away after taking payment... without offering it to us or asking us if we wanted it.Regarding the ice cream itself, as two adults who are very very familiar with Dairy Queen ice cream standards and products, the soft serve did NOT taste like Dairy Queen ice cream. This is concerning. Between the ice cream and customer service, I would not recommend this DQ to others.

I was craving an Orange Julius smoothie so I stopped in to treat myself. It was delicious and I’m so happy y’all still can make them dairy free as I’m paleo. Service was fast, friendly and great. I will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free items

Had a root beer float and my son got a strawberry and banana Orange Julius.....both large. It was pretty good. The two guys working could be a little more friendly and pleasant to customers though.

Customer service was terrible. Little girl with red hair working the counter had her obviously boyfriend there with her behind the counter and in between customers was laughing and chatting it up along with hugging and kissing him. Visited on 10/22/22 around 3pm.

Oh my gosh, the line. Every time we went by the line for Leopolds was out the door. They are nice enough to have someone hand out ice cold water and menus so you can decide what you want to order when you get inside..
