“These are the best donuts I have ever had! Literally better than even any place in Arizona and Cali. The variety is great and consistently fresh. The donuts are even good saved for the next day. The customer service is great and it is a fun place for kids to pick out donuts. I will be a lifetime customer.“
“Got the red bean, matcha, Hokkaido milk tea, sesame, chocolate sprinkles, and Ube. Red bean is a definite skip - the texture is very grainy. But other than that, I loved them all and the service is always super quick and easy. I recommend any of the dipped mochinuts, I find the originals + drizzle or powder to be kind of bland. ~$19 for a 6 pack after tax and tip.“
“We've been in this neighborhood over a year and didn't try this place till today. We've be MISSING OUT! The customer service was AMAZING and the food is GREAT! Prices are way better than the chain donut shop nearby. My son loves the donuts of course (they're yummy) but my fiance and i had a croissant that had ham/cheese/jalapeños inside and I wish I ordered more! We will be back again SOON!“
“I love coming to Hurts when in town and brought a new person with me. The quality of the donuts are as always fantastic! A bit disappointed in the decrease in size. Very disappointed on the lack of selection. Karley represents your company in a positive light on top of being helpful, kind, and understanding. Karley deserves to be recognized as an outstanding member of your team!!!“
“I was ready to be a skeptic. I figured, "Maybe it's a lot of hoopla. Maybe the donuts are overhyped. Theres a lot of donut places in the valley I've tried. Odds are good these won't be the best. " But these are some seriously good donuts. These very well might be the best donuts in the valley I've had. And that's not an insult to other donut places, these are just that good. As the kids say: these donuts are bussin frfr ong no cap“
“Wonderful service! We got a taro smoothie with boba, donuts, and a turkey croissant sandwich. The smoothie was sweet and the boba was a perfect blend of firm and chewy. The donuts were ok. Turkey Sandwich was delicious. The drive through boba option is so convenient, so I'll definitely be back.“
“Donuts are good no doubt about that. My only question is has the ingredients for making donuts gone up 200%. Because the cost of their donuts is on a level that which man has never witnessed in civilized society. I can remember the 1.50 donut no so long ago. $3.50 now, where will they be in 20 years ? Ill tell you , $8.00 for a glazed donut, and 13.00 for a bear claw, $13. I' m going g into the donut business, oh wait they already have every light covered. Late as usual.“
“I went in for my usual ham and cheese croissants warm, of course! As I peruse the donut case, what I thought was a typical donut with a hole, turned out to be the best thing I've tasted in 4 years (since losing my Mommy, best cook ever) I'm talking about fluffy, crumbly, moist, and buttery! I believe it's called Cinnamon Crumb! Although the price at 3.18 tempted me to look elsewhere, the delicious experience was totally worth it!“
“The service was fantastic and all the staff were very nice, extra points for the free samples. Would recommend for anyone looking for a sugary and sweet snack. The place was very put together and modern looking with all the donuts on display. 10/10 definitely going here again.“
