Carmen's Bakery Reviews
The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed. The flan was so good, we had to eat the first portion in the parking lot! Yes, it's pictured on the console in the cab.
My husband LOVES tres Leche cake and I was able to special order one for him...everybody loved it! The guy who helped me was very nice and even though they don't do writing on cakes he wrote a simple Happy Birthday for me.
Stopped by here after doing a search for Latin pastries. Met the owner/ baker and had a great time discussing pastries. Super nice guy . The empenadas I bought a variation totaling a dozen are the best I have had so far among trying others. Price point for the most important, the flavor texture and generous filling puts the rest in a go back to baking class scene. I will be a regular every week now. Ty

Carmen's Bakery is a small spot with exceptional flavors. The guava empanada and conchas are standouts. The owners are friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations. With a variety of baked goods to choose from, this bakery is a gem. Perfect for daily visits or special occasions. Customers enjoy delicious cookies with walnuts and strawberries. The bakery offers very good bread, including special torta bread, and an assortment of different pastries that are also good. The owners and family are wonderful, and all the baked treats are lovely. They have empanadas (lemon, guava, pineapple, etc), sugar cookies, and flan. The parking is good, the service is friendly, and the price is affordable.
