Proof Bread, what a treat. I've tried them before but haven't visited any of their bakeries until now. They are a featured business on TooGoodToGo, an app dedicated to reducing food waste. Be aware: their bags go fast. I was lucky enough to reserve one yesterday so I could pick it up today from 2-230, after they close. This place is literally THE BEST! The food is always amazing, the workers are so respectful and I live really close to here so what more else could I want. I’d come here everyday if I could??

Found this gem of a bakery while on vacation in Phoenix area. Such a great place we made several trips across town for fresh bread and pastries.
