Proof makes real sourdough bread with no sugar. It’s good for you and they use locally sourced flours which are delicious. Their morning buns are delectable and not too sweet. I wish their pizza was available earlier in the day, but when I do get some, it’s really good. All the people who work in the stores and at the markets are super friendly. It’s a great experience.

I live in Prescott and am gluten free normally. I read about freshly milled flour and sourdough combo being tolerated. This bread was DIVINE and I have no symptoms…I had it shipped and they were super fast ♥️.

This is our family's go to bread. We buy the sandwich bread here weekly and will never go back to store bought bread. Our kids love the pastries. In addition the pizza slices for lunch are awesome and enough to be shared by two.
