I love it here so friendly and quick with the orders but tables can use some attention. Have at least one person in charge of cleaning tables but other than that it’s absolutely necessary for me to come and eat so delicious 🤤

Two managers (both named Jessica) at the Potbelly Sandwich Shop in #Tucson have admitted they messed up our order. When we asked how they were going to remedy it, they repeatedly insisted they didn’t care…and then doubled down on refusing responsibility for the mistakes they already admitted to…?
