Mediterranean salad and chicken pesto sandwich, paired with a blush wine was perfect. The croissant bread pudding was a bit of a disappointment (too dry). But decor, ambiance and food made up for it! Highly recommend it
The thing I loved about Eden is that their desert/Mediterranean design is immersive and feels authentic and luxurious. Sitting in a cabana where they seated us this time felt both intimate and open. Started off my palette with shrimp ceviche and Surfer Rosa drink. The shrimp ceviche was okay, but coconut presentation was cute. I got a chicken pesto panini, which I forgot to take a photo of.
