No point in ordering ahead. It wont.be ready until 25 minutes past the pick up time and you wont have time to eat it. It would be quicker to stand in line.

Potbelly offers delicious sandwiches that are made quickly, perfect for those on-the-go. While the sandwiches are tasty, they're on the smaller side for the price. Conveniently located downtown for easy access by foot, but parking can be a hassle due to the very busy downtown area. Overall, a solid choice for a quick bite if you're in the area!Vegetarian options: Everything is clearly labeled and they have tons of vegan and vegetarian options.Parking: Street parking only, you will have to walk to the shop which is a hassle.

You really need to not allow online pickup orders if you can’t fill them. They have a dozen customers waiting 30+ minutes for pickup orders and let them sit while walk in customers are served first. Hold off on either online orders or make the walk in customers wait while you catch up on online orders placed 40+ minutes ago.

Hello, Just ordered 5 sandwiches, and with the large veggie melt I ask everything no pickle but they didn't put jalapeño and no sauce no Avocado just dry sandwiche.

Speedy service and clean space.Also the guy below is incorrect. You can (and I have) used uber eats. I know they also do their own delivery though I'm not sure if it's limited to a certain size order.

I'm giving this place 1 star simply because they use door dash to deliver food... I have been ordering here for about a year now and on several occasions they have had to refund my money because door dash delivered my food to the wrong location... Which is apparently a known issue with door dash. I of course was hoping they would eventually get it right and because I like the food so much I kept giving them chances. I work in a huge building across the street and a block down from the restaurant but for some reason door dash is incapable of locating my building. Even though Uber eats and ALL of the nearby restaurants that deliver have no issues with locating my building... The food is fantastic and I am sad to say that I will no longer be ordering food from this location because apparently corporate needs a wake up call in getting a better delivery service like Uber eats or simply hiring an extra person on shift to deliver as I am sure that would be cheaper than refunding peoples money everyday because the delivery service they choose is incompetent.

Got the Farmhouse salad def a great option if you want a salad. Sandwiches are awesome but the salads are just as good absolutely recommend!! Clean location with indoor and outdoor seating options.

***UPDATE***Even worse, I was told the charge was credited back. It was not, and I have now had to dispute the charge through my bank. What a cluster today. Placed an online order for pick up and was given a pick up time of 12 pm. I walked in to find about 20 people waiting for pick up. Counter staff would help multiple people in line while ignoring those waiting for pick up. After waiting just over an hour, they started filling on line orders placed by people who came in later and didn't want to stand in line. I left with no food but returned later to assure my charge was reversed. Never received that confirmation and was told twice that no one waited an hour, though I stated twice that I did. Calling me a liar to my face. Not cool, and major fail!!

I had the Mediterranean sandwich; the flavors were all very present and well-balanced. The service was relatively fast considering the long line, but the wait was worth it. Their signature hot peppers actually added flavor to the sandwich, which is a newly rare and therefore greatly appreciated contribution in making food spicy.

First time using this location and will be last time. Ive been eating at Potbelly since I moved here ( Camelback Biltmore location). Ive never experienced anything, but amazing service. Also , if I'm at work we order from the Camelback one. This time we decided to use this location (work at a hospital and we spend a lot at Potbelly). We ordered and paid online. One of my co workers went and picked it up. Wasn't that easy though. When he arrived he stated he was there to pick up an order (he wasn't sure which name it was under) and he said he clearly saw the order sitting there (even told the manager he could clearly see the order). He had the print out showing we paid and what we ordered , but they refused to give him the order. This went on for awhile as they told him he had the wrong location , there was no order etc etc etc. Long story short he said he felt discriminated against as he was the only black person in the establishment, from talking with him and also I called and spoke with the manager I came to the same conclusion. When speaking with the manager she could not give me a logical reason for the BS he had to go thru to get our lunch. The sandwiches no longer were fresh as they usually are. We will no longer be visiting this location ever again ! There should of been no reason for the delay especially since he had the print out showing everything and he also called and got the correct name on the order. This particular location needs some training and better customer service. There were also a guy that worked there that was agreeing with the manager. Unfortunately I don't remember the names he told me , because they weren't worth remembering. If you wan't amazing service check out their Camelback location, because this one ain't it!
