I’ve been in here a few time recently and in a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, the employees here are a stellar example of how service employees should be. They’re friendly, polite, and efficient. The quality of the food is great and the restaurant is very clean. If I could grant a 6th star, I’d do it.

Online order, come in wait over 20 mins by the online order pick up rack, come to find out my sandwichs were already made sitting behind the counter, cold. Not a single employee asked if I was there for a pick up. The manager on duty said and I quote "did you let us know you were here"? I didn't know I had to "check in" to get my food off rack that I've already paid for. If that's the case then they should post a sign. I ordered a phiily cheese steak asked for it to be lightly toasted and it was soggy and very salty for some reason with lots of mayonnaise. I could not eat it. But I will say that the girls that were there were very friendly and kind no problem in that area they just might need training on how to make the sandwiches.iI probably will come back but I don't think I will ever order a Philly cheese steak from them again.
