Horrible putz working Friday night, 4/12/24. Went in about 8:40pm and had 2 customers with 4 sandwiches in front of us. Ordered, sat down and ate about 3/4 of my sandwich and putz employee said we're closing. About two minutes later he says loudly, " we're closed". No restaurant kicks people out "mid-bite". I then say, "why didn't you tell us the door closes at 9:00 and we can't eat in" BEFORE WE SAT DOWN". We would've just taken our sandwiches to go. Then to argue with me that the closing time is on the door? We were driving away at 9:09pm. What a tool. We've been regulars since that location opened. Won't get another penny from my family. Lucky his mouth didn't get him in real trouble. Someday it probably will.

Management, this location will likely face the same outcome as so many other businesses in Anthem that didn’t make it. Your staff isn’t following the company’s procedures, the lobby is dirty, the food is not fresh, the staff makes mistakes on orders and is disrespectful and rude to your customers. The price of Jersey Mikes rivals a restaurant like tru burger across the parking lot and the time it takes to get the food is similar depending on the time of day. The difference is tru burger has a relatively friendly staff, and the quality of the food is good for Anthem. You won’t last if you don’t make some changes. I’ve lived in Anthem for 20 years I’ve seen this movie before…

This is for the Jersey Mike's on Daisy Mountain - Can't really say anything about the atmosphere because mine was a delivery but I ordered a #3 with extra meat that cost $2.65 and when I got my sandwich I had a total of 2 ... TWO slices of ham for my entire sub. If that is "extra" meat, does that mean that a regular sandwich only gets one slice of ham?? Will not be returning and next time I will make that drive to World of Sourdough at the Summit - heard their subs are spectacular for the SAME price!

This might take the cake for the WORST Jersey Mikes we’ve ever gone to and we normally love Jersey Mike’s. No greeting when we walked into a virtually empty store, didn’t even say hello when we got to the counter. Bread was burnt, lettuce was brown and disgusting. Totally screwed up POS that would not take Shore Points and kept putting a tip on the order when I clearly did not choose to leave a tip. They also had NO iced tea and said they dump it at 7pm when they don’t close till 9pm

Jersey Mike's is, overall, a good sub shop. Good meat, cheese, bread etc. A much better alternative to Subway.However, their subs are so expensive. When I was in New York, I could get a sub twice the size with more meat for the same price as their regular. They also don't accept national coupons. So, they're expensive with no deals.3 stars because I'm being forced by the owner to choose between 1 good sub or 3 passable sandwiches from subway.

We just flew in from Alabama and Jersey Mikes subs was one of the only places already opened for lunch. We decided to grab some lunch for us and our kids. Not only was the subs delicious but the service was even better. I don't know the gentleman's name but he was brunette and I think maybe the manager. He was so patient, kind and helpful. Hard to receive that kind of service anymore. You could tell he was happy to help us.

Always delicious and consistent with friendly kids behind the counter. We often order ahead from the app and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Called today to speak to an adult manager and got another kid, smh. Just no adults with fully functioning brains over the age of 25. This girl tried to say the brown lettuce was last week. True, it was last week AND yesterday so this whole week too! You do know you can go BUY good lettuce from Target, Fry's, Walmart with petty cash right, but you choose to serve us wilted brown lettuce on these expensive sandwiches. Shameful!!!

Look, I had this at four stars beforehand when it opened and left it because the quality and experience was consistent for a while. But in the past couple months it went from my go-to place for a quality lunch to an afterthought and after todays meal I doubt I’ll go again.I always order online because I’m able to do the modifications easier without bothering a staff member, idk what it is now but they never get them right even though it’s printed on the receipt they look at while making it.Sandwich is always soggy with oil and vinegar and hastily slapped together and the cuts of meat and cheese are all over the place in terms of thickness. God forbid you order more than one sandwich because half the time you’ll get the other persons toppings on your sandwich.Honestly, the Subway over by the Anthem park has stepped it up since J-Mikes opened and is far better than this for 3/4 the price. Just go there.

I just got a sandwich that my boys picked up for me- I am very particular with food and I just have to say thank you to whomever worked tonight's shift. I get a lot of green peppers on my sandwich and they knew immediately what I wanted from previous orders and probably because most people don't love green peppers like I do- lol anywho thanks for going above and beyond- I'm truly delighted and enjoying this delicious sub
