Really good sushi! We had 3 different rolls and a couple pieces of nigiri and it was all really good. (Full disclosure:I live in Denver and am kind of a sushi snob and I really enjoyed this place! The flavors of each roll and sushi pieces were great!) Also, our waitress, Sage, was fantastic.
My husband and I sat at the sushi bar and decided to do the all you can eat for $30 each. Let me tell you, we left STUFFED. He got 5 rolls, i got 4 orders of Nigiri and an app, both would have been well over the $30 fee. Not only was it a massive amount of food, but the fish was fresh and service ws fast and friendly. First time going to Trappers and the experience was fantastic. First thing I noticed is how clean the place was, and no "fishy" smell. Seated right away at 5:30pm. So much to choose from. Drinks at happy hour are half price. Everything was presented beautifully on black dishes. Delicious Gyoza. Waitress- Saige- was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the sushi was fresh and delicious.
