Please be more aware of online orders, A lot of us are ordering food on our way home from work and to get there and say “oh we didn’t see it” is upsetting. I understand having to wait if it was very busy, but it was not. My wings were fine, fries Needed to be cooked longer and maybe more seasoning, they didn’t taste very good.
Tim/ Timothy at Wingstop was awesome! He had great energy from the moment I walked in, was incredibly friendly, and provided excellent customer service. He made the whole experience enjoyable and made sure everything with my order was right. It’s clear he takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. This review is in regards to service/staff - my mom took my daughter in last night for dinner and she was super impressed with the service they received. They were very friendly to both her and our daughter and went above and beyond to make their experience pleasant.
