We have loved ziggis coffee- it not anymore! We were treated very rudely by the staff when we inquired as to why all three of our straws had black bits all over the inside!! It looked like mold and we simply asked for new ones. This was the second time this happened and I didn’t say anything the first time as I’d already driven away when I opened mine. The staff was condescending and treated us as stupid when we did not know the straws are biodegrade agave straws. A simple...read full review
