Usually LOVE this place but today's visit was only 3 stars. I'm working late this week so I sent to my daughter & dad up for a mid shift treat. My daughter went in to order and wasn't asked is she wanted my drink blended or iced. When she brought it home iced, i asked her why it wasn't blended, and she said they didn't ask so she assumed it was just going to be made that way since that's the way she always see's me with it. My wife saw this place on Tik Tok and just had to try it. We brought the kids and immediately felt the good vibes and heard the great music. My wife order the Thai Tea brulee, I got the Brown sugar soft serve with honey boba, my oldest son got the Strawberries and creme smoothie and my little girl got the Strawberry shortcake soft serve with strawberry poppers. The Boba shack is very neat and clean, and the drinks were amazing. We have now found our new Boba spot.

Had a great experience at Boba Shack. The service was excellent and the drinks were absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and one I’d recommend if you’re in the area.
