I've been to this DQ before and ordered a Snickers blizzard. You know vanilla ice cream with candy pieces. Pretty standard. That's what I ordered yesterday. A lsyge with extra snickers. Almost 8 dollars. I get it home and it's Phx it had melted a little so I put it in the freezer. When I get it out it's chocolate ice cream with snickers. I call and explain the situation and ask if I can come exchange it and the boy on the phone says that all Snickers blizzards come like that....read full review
Frequently visit this location in Apache Junction. Yesterday ice cream was mushy. Ordered a small vanilla cone. Paid with a $5 bill. As I drove away realized I only received $1.50 back in change which means I paid $3.50 for a small cone. Went on internet & price of a small cone is $1.99. I won't be back to this location.
How can THIS DQ still be in Buisness? I wouldnt go there again if you paid me. Dirty ,Dingy Dated and the worse Service Ever. That old man there is a disgrace and knows nothing about Customer Service. So very Rude.. Long wait and you get to window they dont say HELLO THANKYOU OR ANYTHING. Dairy Queen (Treat) offers excellent ice cream with a friendly service team. The indoor seating is open, although the interior could use a makeover. Customers have enjoyed some of the best blizzards, with many noting the high quality and great taste. The staff, including young men working there, are kind, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products, providing some of the best customer service experienced at any restaurant. While some find the location a bit run down and the prices a little high, the ice cream products remain satisfying. Popular options include the peanut buster parfait for $6. Many customers have been loyal since childhood and consider it a real treat, though they wish the store would bring back the butterscotch sundae syrup, as caramel is not quite the same.
