I visited Taco Giro and had a really good experience. I ordered the shredded beef enchilada style and the menudo. The menudo was incredibly tender, though the soup base itself was a little on the bland and watery side and needed a bit more salt or spice.
However, the service totally made up for it! My waiter went above and beyond and made me a custom, extra-spicy salsa for the chips that was absolutely fantastic. Pairing the meal with a cold Pacifico beer was perfect.

This was for our grandmother's 90th birthday. They were very accommodating and the food was fantastic. Delores was an amazing server and took care of all of us! Don't sleep on the margarita, it was great!
