Maggies is a Gem in Apache Junction. The food is delicious, unique but not strange, and not the same as all other restaurants in the area. The Mag Pie is a must, with that delightful flaky crust served warm with your choice of filling, like strawberry rhubarb or Carmel apple. The salads are very tasty. For brunch, the sausage gravy is legit, house made, deep brown with chunks of crumbled sausage, the best in the Phoenix metro area. The Belgian waffles with berry compote are house made and perfect. Service is fantastic, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance is beautiful, with a peaceful, happy, not hectic environment. The interior is quaint, clean, and adorable, with displays of local artists on the walls. There is spacious seating and open mic on Tuesdays. Maggie's is a must go and enjoy, well worth a trip to AJ.
