I'm not sure where these poor reviews manifest from. Did someone not get enough love as a child? EriKARENlynn stating that she had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. I call BS. Do you know how long 20 minutes is? If anything, it was 6 or 7. I've never had less than perfect experiences at this AJ starbucks. Keep quiet little missy. These are fine folks that you are bad mouthing. Thank you, Starbucks crew. You rock.

Been here 3 times and each time im waiting 15-20 min for my coffee. Drive thru or even inside. I will not be back they are slow & dont care. No apology for the wait at any time. Apparently they may need to revisit management considering the similar reviews.

My thing is is it's Sunday morning you guys are closed on the inside you have to wait an hour and a half in line to get your coffee because your workers aren't working if you're an Uber driver you have to wait in that long line when your customers have already ordered their food an hour ago and they want you to wait in the Drive-Thru line plus the customers have already paid for it I don't understand that it's been closed multiple Sundays on the weekend on the inside that's crap you need to have workers at the door handing out orders to Uber drivers and by the time we drive not to have to wait for you inside of your job and make real money and let people actually go in because they don't want to do their job I really think you need to hire different employees that actually want to work

If you guys are going to charge almost $8 for a coffee the least you can do is fill the cup up all the way!!! Why am I paying so much for a partial filled cup, do better .

Went into the lobby to order 3 drinks. 15 minutes later the server was still laughing and wasting time talking to others that we just ended up walking out without our last drink that we had paid for because we were going to be late for an appointment. Poor customer awareness or consideration. Won't be going back to this location.
