Service horrible, food tastes like rubber, cashier condescending.....pretty much like most Starbucks.....don't go! They could really NOT care less. Overpriced crap, my two cents.

Ordered an iced caramel latte for delivery at work it arrived and it was a cup of black coffee I believe, it was undrinkable and had the sticker on the side showing my drink order but definitely not what I ordered. I chose to pay to much for something I wanted but it sucks to pay extra for something you don’t.

I ordered a double chocolate chip frappuccino with no whipped cream. Three times in less than a week my order was wrong. One day the sticker said double chocolate chip frappuccino with no whip clearly the cup had whipped cream in it, twice within a week they gave me some caramel drink and I am allergic to caramel when I brought the issue to their attention and asked for a supervisor oh she said was make sure that I come back or call them and let them know and I told you to drive through I compared to drinks and said that's clearly not the same thing and that when people are allergic to things I can send them to the hospital and all they said was, we understand. Very poor service, lately the staff has been rude, the drinks have been coming out not right, you pay quite a good amount of money for what?

I certainly enjoy the convenience of ordering online. But today, and my last experience at a different store, made me think that I need to take a break. I'm unable to have dairy so they're substitution is amazing but at the last store they definitely did not read the substitution. So when I contacted customer service they were a bit snappy and told me that I can taste a drink before leaving and have it remade. Then today I got my drink and it was clearly not mixed together, it was a matcha, I told the barista it looked a little funny. She gave me some explanation of their new mix and that it gets clumpy. She told me that if it tastes weird that they can certainly make it. And today was just a hard day and I didn't want any inconvenience on my way home.

It took 7 minutes for one of the 4 employees to be bothered to greet me. I was the only person in the store. Extremely rude and unpleasant atmosphere.

Parking: The only parking available will force you to cross the drive thru walkway where the safety of pedestrians will be at constant risk because the patrons of this establishment are in a rush. Drive through customers are treated at priority

There is a ramp but it's a tight squeeze for modern chairs. Drive thru customers are treated at priority.

Came to pick up delivery order and a employee advised their name would be called out when ready.
After 10 minutes of waiting patiently I went up to counter to check status of order and a different employee said it's been ready and they don't call out names for delivery orders. Please advise team to communicate better when delivery drivers are at store waiting for orders and they are sitting behind the counter getting cold. Orders for delivery customers should be prioritized the same as walk in customers.

Just stopped to grab a cinamon dolce venti for my morning caffeine fix. I get home and noticed it felt a little light. Took the lid off and it's not full.... what the heck?!?

I stood and waited several minutes before anyone even helped me. All of the employees were just standing around and took forever to make a basic drink. Nobody was in line or in the drive thru. It was very odd interaction and they didn’t even make my drink right.

i used to LOVE this location, but everytime i order a drink it tastes like nothing! Every single time no matter what i order it has 0 flavor! I don’t know if they don’t mix drinks but even when i stir mine it is always bland.

This place definitely has changed in some type of manager from the last time we were down( snowbirds) the staff needs to be prepared and trained lack of leadership at this store compared to previously”

This is probably my favorite Starbucks. The service is awesome, plenty of seats with outlets, it just feels better than most Starbucks I’ve been to.

What I like about this Starbucks is that they always pay attention to my preferences. The only complaint I really have is that their cold brew can be inconsistent (sometimes sour, sometimes too watery) but that’s pretty typical for a Starbucks.
