The chopped brisket sandwich on sourdough bread is a popular choice, with brisket that needs no additional seasoning. The restaurant features a subtle smokiness, plenty of parking, and fabulous service that is attentive but not intrusive. With its easygoing atmosphere, Silver King Smokehouse & Saloon is a gem not to be missed, whether you're a local or just passing through. The Silver King barbecue sampler and the Kings Platter were shared and there was plenty of food. Homemade craft cocktails and a good beer selection are available. The food was amazing, even the sides like green chili mac and cheese, coleslaw, and house-cut fries were delicious. The fries were awesome with the barbecue sauce. There is a veggie burger option. Service is incredibly fast, and food is out within a minute or two. Customers pick their own seat and order at the front kiosk. There is padded seating, a bar, and a large outdoor patio. Great prices are also a highlight.
