I ordered with the Starbucks app while I was picking up a few things at Fry’s. The young lady that was at the mobile order area, just didn’t seem to wanna be there. She helped me right away, but I found myself being the polite and respectful one, saying, please, and thank you, without getting a hello, or a you’re welcome. Something so simple that goes a long way, without the client -> you don’t get paid please remember that.

This Starbucks located within Frys has the feel of a normal Starbucks location. They offer the merchandise attractively displayed as a typical store would. The typical food items and drinks are offered as well. They even offer the (free) grounds for garden which I just appreciate so much (my photo unfortunately turned out blurry so I am leaving off the review). I was promptly greeted with a smile by the barista who was happy to assist me. I ordered a grande strawberry açaí refresher ($6 and change) and it tasted perfectly. A lovely afternoon pick me up. My total experience was less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Glad I stopped in for a little boost during my grocery trip.

Always love a place to get coffee when running errands such as grocery shopping. I've been to this location a couple of times, and the service is always friendly. I'm not a huge fan of sitting at this location, and usually just take to go as the place is hustling/not very calm for a leisurely coffee sipping experience. I would definitely visit a different location if you want ambiance with your caffeinated beverage.

Went there at 6:30 today and asked if I could use a gift card to purchase smaller gift cards. The man was friendly, the woman was very rude and told me I could not. I came back a couple minutes later to purchase a cup and some gift cards. I even pointed out I was not going to beable to use the gift card. She rudly pushed her way into the conversation and intrupted and told I can't, even though I was doing a normal purchase.

The baristas are amazing here, great service!! they get the coffee out quickly, & are very friendly. definitely a great way to start your day or even if you're just starting to shop.

My wife treated my kids to Starbucks this morning while at fries and my youngest struggled to make a selection for 30 seconds. The person for Starbucks rolled their eyes and literally said “this is why you don’t bring your kids to Starbucks in the morning”!!! Are you kidding me? Good job Starbucks we will never go to your store ever again. For the price we pay have a little patience or don’t serve people. My wife walked away.

When I went this last weekend. I was rudely pointed to a sign that I couldn't order my drink and that the expresso machine has been broken since Monday. I understand being tired and a little cranky due to the let down that is out of this baristas control (I have worked in customer service too). But this barista was condescending making me feel bad that I didn't read the sign beforehand and didn't even offer me a receipt or say anything as she rang me up for a cake pop I ended up ordering. I did not provoke this behavior and I don't think there is any excuse to treat a customer like this especially unprovoked. Definitely won't be back for a while.

Whoever is in charge of keeping this location stocked is doing a terrible job. Who makes customers stand in a huge line for a coffee and tells them "I'm sorry we don't have any cold brew right now"? Ok...maybe put up a fricken sign or some shit so I don't go wasting 30 minutes of my time to find out someone isn't doing their job.
