Me and my daughter went in today to get a Cali burrito. The lady said I usually behind the counter were not there today. It was a few gentlemen. Our burrito smelled delicious but once we bit into it, it just did not taste the same then my daughter felt something chewy. I know raw meat when I see it and when I bite into it and this was raw. The guys behind the counter tried to convince us that it was a ligament. They refused to try and fix it, either by another burrito or a refund.
Found the food lacking flavor. Everything tasted bland until you throw hot sauce at it. Pop machine was out of co2 and employees seem unbothered and didnt correct the issue in the 45min i was there.
This location isn't my favorite. The service was not great. Cashier was unfriendly and my foods wasn't as good as it normally is. I usually go to the tolleson location and it's always great but was disappointed this time.
