Horrible experience this evening, as soon as you walk in the heat hit you like an oven, we get our table with 2 and a high seat we request a booth and we sat down, the manager and hostess were talking amongst each other looking our direction then the hostess comes up to me after we ordered our drinks and said we have to move to a different spot. We shouldn’t have been seated there in the first place, not to mention the restaurant was maybe at 20 % capacity. Horrible management team at this location on 03/20/24 @ 6:30 pm.. if I waste my time coming to this place again hope it will be better service. More than likely won’t bother…..

When I want a steak, I go to Carrabas for a Filet. Wife and I decided recently it must be their olive oil source that works so well in their favor. They bring out a little oil and herb bowl with bread to dip, and it is delightful.But the steaks must have just some magic braised and kissed onto the surface because a naked filet is vastly superior to any "toppings" they may offer.Just a filet that is likely salt, pepper, and magic olive oil and I love it every time at every location.Next time I go I will try to steal a bottle of oil :)

I never have a bad experience here. I wish I remembered to write this review at the restaurant because I can't find the receipt to give a shout out to our waitress. They were unbelievably short staffed that night and our waitress had to manage the entire floor and help bartend. The amazing part of all that is that she handled it with ease. I didn't see an unpleasant face in the entire restaurant. She did her job and 6 others with no complications. The food was amazing as always

This place is LOUSY!! My husband and I went there, and the waitress we had was one of the WORST waitresses we ever had!! Her name is Mary. She couldn't get anything right at all! My husband ordered ice tea, and asked for lemon and sugar, well she forgot, he had to ask again she only brought a lemon, no sugar! Then he ordered pastiano with chicken, so this other waitress brings it over , and they did not put any chicken in it! So she sent it back to the cook, he put in this horrible looking chicken that was NOT grilled at all it looked all raw!!! So the first lousy waitress came over, and I said they didn't put the chicken in the pastiano! She said oh I didn't key it in right!!! REALLY??? I said it's not even grilled she said oh maybe he added some other chicken in it, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? We ordered lentil soup and brings over one lentil and one chicken soup I said we didn't order this, we both said we wanted lentil! The lentil soup tasted like they poured a gallon of salt in it! It was TERRIBLE!!! She never asked if we wanted any refills or anything! The bread was soooooo hard it had to be pretty old!!! Then my husband asked for some coffee, well guess what?? She forgot that too! We sat there 15 minutes before she came over to us, and handed us the check, I said you never gave my husband the coffee he ordered! She said oh I will get it, we said NO!!!! What a lousy experience!! When we first came in they wanted to put us in the bar! I said no we want to sit in the dining room! There was hardly anyone even in there, and we can see why! We will never go here again, that's for sure!

Went there today for my mom's bday at noon. Every experience was awful. Only received one refill that's because we asked after waiting and seeing everyone else receive theirs. My son's meal was forgotten, our salads were all made To go when only one was asked to be ordered that way. Never received our salads till the end and still placed as to go. Bill came I gave cash and the card was told by the waitress I will get charged extra because I split the check by two separate ways to pay. Still confused why I was charged an extra 20 dollars, got the manager and turns out the waitress didn't put the full amount of cash in and that is what led to an extra charge on my card . To my point of view they were stealing money from me, The waitress who was also the bartender was stealing as well. Manager a young guy walked up with an attitude and kept attitude after everything. My transaction was deleted And apparently charged correctly let's wait and see in a few days . I will never go back to this Carrabba's again and that's sad to say because I've been coming here for 20 yrs.

We went for a Gal-entines lunch. The food was amazing. Restaurant staff was friendly but didn't seem to enjoy themselves... just looked like it wasn't a great environment. But our server was good and food was even better.
We sat at the table for almost 30 minutes , we didn't even get offered drinks to start out, we finally just left and went to islands across the street, and got the service we deserved, I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Not busy, our server was the bartender as well and she did fine. Drinks were great. M husband got the calamari as an appetizer and said it was mostly breading and it was really small pieces. He got the garlic mashed potatoes and chicken Marsala and said it was good. I got the trio of fettuccine alfredo , lasagna and chicken parmesan. The chicken was definitely a leftover piece with a microwaved texture. Chewy and harder around the edges. Not the worst I've had but not even in the top 10 of the best I've tried. Fettuccine and lasagna were nothing fantastic but tasted fine. The soup was my favorite, lentil with the spicy sausage and the bread never disappoints.
