I didn’t get Carlos or Mary, but instead James was who cared for me, he genuinely enjoys making sure the customer experience is above the standard.

The food is top notch, the price is above average, but for a fancy place like Carrabba’s, I can understand.

Carlos reminded me what great customer service is supposed to look like. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. The food was excellent, but Carlos’s attitude and attention to detail made the meal memorable. Carrabba’s is lucky to have him. We’ll definitely be asking for Carlos on our next visit! 🍝👏

We had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Carlos. He was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. His recommendations were excellent, my old fashion was made perfectly, and he made sure we always had everything we needed without being intrusive. His positive attitude and great customer service truly enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by him again. Highly recommend!
