Coopers Hawk food is always delicious! It doesn't hurt that they have great wine with generous pours. It's best to make reservations. If you're going for a tasting, allow an hour before dinner reservations.
Ashley is a superb waitress. We are visiting from Indiana and this is by far the best quality of food we have ever had at Coopers Hawk. Will definitely be returning. Your restaurant is top notch.
