I love the drinks and the service is phenomenal like always. The young man taking my order was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He was extremely polite and told me to have a nice day. I would give him a 5 star rating. However Dutch is getting a 3 star bcuz how can you have your employees standing outside in the AZ heat, with no shade, no misters…. nothing! I watched that young man blazing in the heat for at least 15 mins....

I went a couple days ago and had the sweetest interaction with the young lady outside Dani i think her name was. Me and my husband had only went to dutch bros a couple times before that and we weren’t sure of what to get but she was so attentive and made sure our experience was a 10/10, she even helped my husband with sugar free options and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with what we got even offering us a different drink at the window if we didn’t like ours....

Absolutely incredible service! I'm not the biggest coffee person and I react badly to sugar, but they still have lots of great options! Plenty of sugar free options too. And not to mention, the people there are so so nice! As a student at AVEDA, I love being able to just walk over to get myself a treat and experience the positivity spread by the Dutch Bros workers. Thank you for making peoples days!!
