We've been coming here for years! The absolute best crab Rangoon appetizer, it comes with a nice little salad and peanut or Ginger dressing. Daily specials. Everything is cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Exceptional service and enough food to share. Open late. Our favorite Asian restaurant in the west valley!

Eest Asian Bistro is a hidden gem that’s absolutely worth finding! The food is packed with delicious flavor, and their lunch specials are an incredible value. I had the Orange Chicken lunch, which came with soup, rice, your choice of salad or crab Rangoon, plus crispy wonton chips everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. The potstickers were also delicious and a great way to start the meal.

Last night's experience eating at the restaurant was perfect even though it was packed full.
We ordered the food and it wasn't but 10min before it was served hot and fresh. It was Very delicious.
They must have come up and asked us if everything was ok 4 times. They were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Asian Bistro.
