Ihop has been going downhill over the years. We used to prefer them over Dennys. You used to get quality meals for an affordable price. Now their food is maybe worse than Dennys. Not sure what is going on. The kids were happy so thats why I gave it 3 stars, but not sure when we'll be back. I ordered the t bone steak dinner meal. The host guy, was so nice. 02/01/24 around 930 am. Im not sure his name.. He acknowledged people who came in and were waiting , which people never do anymore. . He was quick getting people comfortable and seated and got my DD order fast . Idk nothing specific happened, just different to see someone with great customer service again!!:)

(NOTE: This is an updated review. From 3 stars to 5. From Lackluster to pretty damn good.) Every time after my first review, I've pretty much gone in by myself and usually before 9 in the morning during the weekdays. Haven't gotten any of my orders incorrectly since then. The pancakes are always good and filling. Thank you for the new pleasant experiences.
