Ike's Love & Sandwiches

I tried Ike's Love & Sandwiches for the first time and overall it was a really good experience! I ordered my sandwich with extra sauce and crunch bread, while my partner (who doesn’t like sauce or mayo) asked for light sauce since he wanted to try it. Somehow our orders got flipped—mine came with light sauce and French bread, and his had extraaa sauce with the dutch crunch lol.

We ended up trading since he’s definitely not a sauce guy, and honestly it still worked out because the sandwich was super tasty either way. I ended up also giving him the extra meats he had in his. It was too much for my liking. The flavors were great and the bread was really good.

Only downside was the mix-up with the order, so next time I might just order in-store instead of pickup to avoid that. But overall, really solid and I’d definitely come back!

Fantastic food! It was my first time in so making a decision was the hardest part. The sandwich was the perfect size and fully loaded!
The service could be a lot better though...
Update: The service since has been absolutely awesome! Super friendly and helpful people! Love Ike’s for my weekly run fuel!

Overall great little place, with a cool atmosphere and great food! I will be back to try a bunch more!

We've eaten at the Avondale location a few times and experienced great sandwiches and awesome service. Because he likes it so much, our son visits the ASU/Tempe location 1-2 times a week. Great food quality, selection, and amazing associates will keep us coming back.

We didn’t get a chance to try the sandwiches, but one star for customer service. The girl working didn’t catch her name, but has glasses in the Avondale Location was very rude. We came in and it was our first time there. My husband has a mayo allergy so we were asking for sandwich recommendations and just Mentioned the Allergy. Her response was ,” if you have a mayo allergy then this place isn’t the place for you” She said it very catty . I asked her if we’re able to make one of the sandwiches without mayo? She was sarcastic and just said we can but the mayo is everywhere in this place sooo…..

Excited to try the place but walked out after that interaction.

Fresh and filling -had gluten free bread it was great!

I really liked this sandwich shop with one of them being a 5 and one being a 4. The vibe was urban and bright and had funny graphics and “sayings” all over the shop. The non-meat options were plentiful, so I give this place a 5 even though it’s noting fancy - just great food. This location is in a strip mall, so again, not fancy.

This place is so good and they will customize any sandwich. They have so many options. The staff is amazing never felt rushed while looking at all of the options. One thing that is really cool is they have pink bread for Valentine’s Day for the month of February. It so cute
