Prioritize online orders over customers directly in front of them. Three employees did all of the online orders instead of one breaking off to do one sandwich. Waited almost ten minutes for them to attend to one customer.

Huge shoutout to the lady working at Jersey Mike’s today! The store was super busy, the rest of the staff was rude, and she was the only one actually stocking chips and sodas while still taking care of customers. Even with all that going on, she stayed incredibly sweet, professional, and patient the whole time. On top of that, she made the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s. Super Clean, Fast Service & My Go-To Tuna Sub Spot!

Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in Avondale after my workout and had a really great experience. This location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to in the area — everything from the counters to the restrooms was spotless.
